As an educator, Donna Lann understands the importance of proper training, executing and marketing. As a Fine Arts Director, Donna has negotiated with venues, service providers and other businesses to generate support for schools and other non-profit organizations. She has been extremely successful selling the vision as well as directing the reality of community performance programs.

Jim’s background includes 12 years building and opening restaraunts for major chains and he will bring that strong service oriented focus to Milo's Bagels & Bits, as well as an equally strong understanding of food service processes. He has also been responsible for corporate programs with budgets of more than $30M, and successfully led teams with more than 35 members.
