I started Millicent (sole source) like so many eager others in Washington to get involved in the opportunities offered by I502. I'm a PhD soil scientist and very simply, plan to grow, process and sell marijuana to retailers in Washington State. I'm from an agricultural background (4th gen) but have been focused on more academic pursuits until now. I understand agricultural soils and will produce more than 600 lbs of marijuana this first season.
