Miella designs full-looks, frequent styles at affordable price points and diverse collections with a faith-neutral approach. We sell our high margin private label collections with limited retail infrastructure cost (ecommerce), just-in-time sourcing and growing online and offline sales channels.

Haya DabbaghCo-founderHaya is the founder of GingerLining, a multi-brand online fashion destination. Prior to that, she was credited for bringing Morgan Miller, a celebrity custom footwear brand, to Dubai. In 2005 she had access to a multi-million dollar budget by Al Baddad holdings to secure a number of retail brands. In 2002, she launched I DO Weddings, one of the first wedding planning agencies in the UAE which was later acquired in 2004.

Aurelia FernandesProduct Development and Operations DirectorAurelia is a fashion retail & ecommerce expert. She was category manager at Sukar.com & Souq.com, 2 of the largest ecommerce retailers in the Middle East. Prior to that, she led product development and buying for multiple brands under the Landmark Group (largest retail group in the UAE). She also worked as a fashion stylist for several international brands represented by Al Shayaa Group. She holds a masters degree in fashion buying from London.
