MicroTransponder is developing an implantable medical device that will be able to treat both tinnitus - which affects 2 Million people in the U.S. as well as allowing stroke survivors to fully recover limb functionality. There are over 8 Million stroke survivors in the U.S. We have received 6 separate NIH grants for over $10 Million in funding and have 4 clinical trials planned for 2013 involving over 90 patients.

    Will is a seasoned entrepreneur with expertise in leading scientific and engineering teams to develop products and engaging academic institutions to collaborate on various research projects. Often pursuing 2 masters programs at a time, Will earned an MBA, MS of Accounting in 2003, a JD in 2006, a Master's of Computational Biology, Master's of Neuroscience, 2008, Master's of Regulatory Science, 2008 with a PhD in Neuroscience expected in 2012.

    CEO

    Frank joined the company from Baker Botts LLP where his work as an attorney included mergers and acquisitions including transactions involving medical device companies, advising corporate boards and committees, compensation related matters for employment agreements and option plans, and financings involving both public and private security offerings. Frank earned both law and undergrad degrees from the University of Texas.

    Jordan is a serial entrepreneur with expertise in building companies and recruiting successful management teams to accelerate growth across a number of industries. Jordan has founded 3 other companies in the real estate, wireless, and online commerce sectors. Jordan graduated with a Finance degree from Notre Dame and received his MBA from Duke.

    VP of Clinical Affairs

    Brent has more than 20 years of experience with clinical trials for vagus nerve stimulation devices, overseeing 15 trials in 7 countries for Cyberonics. He brings an enormous amount of experience to the team and gives extensive input on clinical protocol design.
