Inc., and Controller for Schlumberger Monitoring Services. He has over 25 years of experience in
manufacturing and technology, holds a Diploma of Technology in Financial Management from the BC
Institute of Technology, and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Prior to joining Paradigm in 2008, Mr. Plato held management positions at Hewlett Packard, GE Fanuc, and
Hydrogenics Corporation. With over 20 years of experience in engineering, sales, marketing, and
management, he has launched several technology products into the global marketplace. Mr. Plato holds a
degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Alberta.
