Company Summary
MicroRio plans to transform the $654 Billion (2020) plastics industry and its downstream markets using a game changing Polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) production technology developed at Stanford University. The process uses methane, a renewable feedstock that does not compete with food and arable land use. MicroRio PHA’s would be cost advantaged, and price and property competitive to the petroleum-plastics it would replace.
