Andy entered the semiconductor industry in 1981. He received his formal education from DeVry Institute in Electronics Engineering. During a 22 year career with Motorola, Andy rose to the highest level of recognition by earning a position on the Technical Ladder Board. Andy’s knowledge in the industry provides the basis for success in current operations. In 2008, Andy founded CanyonSemi to provide capital equipment to the semiconductor industry.

Carl has more than 30 years of semiconductor industry experience in operations, engineering and supply chain management. He received his Masters Certificate in Project Management from GWU. Prior experience in sales & marketing in the service industry as Sr. Vice President of Direct Consumer Access and Production Manager of Implant Technology Center has provided Carl with the necessary skills for his current assignment.
