Daniel was the CEO for Easy Credit Ukraine 2008-2010 when he established the company and its operations on the Ukrainian market opening the first 5 offices and recruiting the first 100 agents and employees. He was then Strategy Manager with MicroCred Holding (investing in microfinance banks in Mexico, China and Africa). Daniel co-founded Microcredit LLC in Ukraine at the end of 2010. He graduated with an MBA from INSEAD in December 2011.

Vitalii had various managerial roles at Easy Credit Ukraine 2008-2011 as Compliance Manager, Head of Corporate Affairs and Head of Business Development. He was involved with Legal and was also responsible for the adaptation of company’s collection policies to the Ukrainian environment. Vitalii holds Masters Degrees in International Relations and Foreign Policy from University of Sveti Kliment Ohridsky, Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine and Esthonia.

Vasiliy had various managerial roles at Easy Credit Ukraine 2008-2011 in Marketing & Sales, Operations and Business Development. He was responsible for nearly half of the company's 400 agents. Prior to that, Vasiliy worked as a Procurement Manager at ProstoFinance (Societe Generale Group enterprise) and was Logistics Manager with Furshet supermarkets. He holds Masters Degree in Transportation from the Kiev National Transport University.
