Company Summary

The first step after I receive the capital is to take my existing provisional patent which makes the product "patent pending" and move it to a formal patent. The second step will be to incorporate to be able to buy fabric wholesale overseas. The third step is to fly to China and visit different manufacturing plants to find which best suits my product. The final step is a full production run and to test the market at big trade shows and online.
