Mr. Roane has over 20 years of industry experience and has held key management positions at startups and established technology companies. Most recently, Mr. Roane was VP of Marketing for VaST Systems where he managed marketing and business development. Prior to VaST, Mr. Roane was VP of Marketing for Cadence Design Systems. Mr. Roane also held management positions at Ambit, and Synopsys and TI. Mr Roane has a BSEE from the University of Akron.

Mr. Bohl has over 20 years of industry experience in electronics and technical computing. Most recently, Mr. Bohl was Director of Field Applications Engineering at VaST Systems. Before VaST, Mr. Bohl was Group Director of Product Engineering at Cadence Design Systems. Prior to Cadence, Mr. Bohl held key positions at Ambit, Synopsys, and Convex, in product engineering, applications, and IC design. Mr. Bohl has a BSEE from the University of Texas.
