The company is seeking capital of $1,000,000 in order to provide initial inventory and working capital to launch the Michel Angelo line, our custom luxury line and a line of couture handbags and accessories. We plan to begin distribution of our products within 30 days of final funding with direct sales, adding company owned retail stores and wholesale distribution to a limited number of high end department and specialty stores.
Distinguishing characteristics of our business will be the combination of management experience in the fashion industry, retail sales and distribution experience of our high-quality, innovative products. In addition, we have an exclusive contract to distribute a well-established line along with several new, sophisticated, high fashion product lines that would enable us to gain immediate access to a majority of the potential customer base.
