Company Summary

We manufacture specialty and custom doors and have been in business for about 10 years under two previous names. Initially self-funded, we faced undercapitalization after each three-year cycle.

With a market cap of around $20M and a penetration rate of 25–30%, we maintain gross margins of about 40%. We expect to fully repay the initial bridge loan within 6–8 months and plan for joint recapitalization by late 2025.

He is tasked with rebuilding the website, managing social media, and boosting SEO and online presence. Zach is also converting the company into an e-commerce operation by automating distribution and market delivery, and developing partner programs.
