Gisela's background and experience includes 22 years in Corporate (Compliance) Management with large Insurance Company. She achieved success within just 3 years of establishing and managing Boca Cosmetics Group as Co-Founder/Owner as Executive Director was also responsible for all sales. She is a graduate of FIU with a Business Administration degree.

Previously Trade Marketer and Trade-show Manager for Boca Cosmetics Group, Juan comes with a wealth of knowledge working with retail buyers, demonstrations, model selection, retail sales, product promotion, placement and brand messaging and design. Juan has a degree in Health Service from FIU and appropriately gifted to support product development and design.
