She also provides management consultancy to investors and companies operating in the software sector. Lysanda has raised over £12m in venture capital. Alexandra led the winning of major supply deals with TNT and TomTom.

Angus has over 15 years of technology company experience across telematics, mobile telecommunications and banking industries. Broad skill set that encompasses operational, commercial and strategic development roles at COO level. Highly experience in M&A and post-merger integration situations, and a qualified lawyer who practised commercial, IT and licensing law earlier in his career.

Rick has had a successful career in investment banking at Morgan Grenfell and Deutsche Bank specializing in the financial sector. More recently he has built and successfully sold new businesses in the financial sector and holds several non executive directorships of private and listed companies.

Martin has operated in the Lloyd’s insurance market for over forty years and has held various senior positions at CEO and Chairman level. He has been responsible for turning an agency round and establishing a new one and now concentrates on insurance related activity and the risk management arena with a specific focus on motor related activity.
