The Company will utilize the skills of Joseph Keller, the Executive Chef and Operating Partner 40 years this business: "Our food is serious," says Keller, “but we also want people to have a good time.” Silvio’s will be Chef Keller’s first “Italian style restaurant” for which he is well prepared having been taught by his first mentor, Chef Pucillo.     In keeping with the Nannini tradition, Tucson National Resort & Spa was completed in 1961, featuring three outstanding restaurants: the Catalina Dining Room for evening gourmet dining, the Fiesta Room for breakfast and lunch and Legends for casual lunch and dinner, dining after golf and to accommodate hotel guests. It is with this background that Steve enrolled (2004) in the cooking school at the Badia a Coltibuono in Siena, Italy.
