Mettletest is an on-line service to revolutionise the assessment process for selecting graduates whilst offering talented candidates the chance to contend regardless of academic institution. It is much more than a careers site. A long-term challenge to predict the outcome of topical events, it demonstrates commitment, comprehension and articulacy. Previously spent 30 years in the City, half of which with Kleinwort / Dresdner, including several stints as advisor and interviewer for the graduate recruitment programme. Member of the Kleinwort 12 man "think tank" and head of equity derivatives flow sales. Set up a new London sales operation at BBVA between 2007 - 2010. Experienced in new business.

    Director and Founder of Mettletest - Experienced business builder and manager, political consultant, former government intelligence and national security adviser. Graduate interviewer for the Foreign Office and conceiver of Mettletest to overcome the frustrations of recruiters.
