Kim Masciotro is a 15 year veteran in operations management. She has worked in a variety of industries including beauty, fitness, manufacturing, cable television, career transition and organizational consulting. She has an extensive background in managing regional operations with budgets from $100K to $8M which includes start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

Heather is the Founder of H2 BrandWorks, and for nearly twenty years has played an integral role in developing and executing on brand strategy and overall marketing initiatives for start-ups, established brands, Fortune 500 companies, world-class sporting events and global non-profits.

Building from entrepreneurial roots, Joe has spent two decades in leadership roles at Nike, Adidas and The North Face. As Managing Partner for The Meriwether Group, Joe and his partners manage an investment fund focused on premium consumer products, organic food and beverage and green technology projects.

Jody currently serves as Vice President, Venture Banking Rocky Mountains at Square 1 Bank in Colorado. He previously worked as President of an early stage consumer products company and was a member of the investment team at Tango, a private investment
company based in Boulder, Colorado.

Charles is an active angel investor and serves as a legal and corporate advisor. He is a personal coach and occasional faculty to Executive MBA students at the Daniels College of
Business at the University of Denver.
