    Christian Kotscher's career has been focused on leading edge technology and business process reengineering. Mr. Kotscher has worked for start ups as well as GE Capital & IBM. After selling his first company he joined IBM to sell solutions for Homeland Security. He formed an Intelligent Transportation practice which lead to the creation of MTN. All ITS solutions need data and he foresaw and developed a solution that could scale to major metros.
