Julio G. Macedo has over 30 years of experience in high level executive positions and held numerous Board of Director seats. Along with Metro Energy Partners, which he formed to be the Capital Partner for “green” energy companies, he has served on the Board of Directors for energy companies. In addition, he is the Managing Partner of Macedo Partners, a private real estate investment entity for land and commercial real estate properties.

Bryan brings over 20 years of experience in the industrial construction, energy plants, and service space. He is the owner of Hebb Engineering and Building, whose focus is on industrial projects, typically equipment and cogeneration installations. He has planned, installed, and/or managed the installation and commissioning of over 30 cogeneration systems throughout California, Connecticut and Massachusetts. Mr. Hebb served in the US Marine Corps.

Mr. Macedo has a background in finance, accounting and operations. He has experience in project management, preparing financial statements, pro formas, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and managing cash flow. He has been the operations and compliance director for several financial services companies. Conrad has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Pepperdine University.
