Our goal is that our organic restaurant is not just a restaurant with organic food, saving energy and water policies, waste food management and other environmental friendly and sustainable policies, but also a restaurant where people can arise their awareness about environmental issues. By increasing awareness people would apply some of these policies in their daily life. Customers will be locals and tourists, no matter the age.
