Cell therapy; 2. Cell banking; and 3. High value blood. Mesoflow products will contain a microfluidic channel, wash solution and bags for waste and washed cells that is intended to be single-use and disposable.

    Mr. Kroll has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. He is a director of Ionix Medical and Galvani Ltd. He was most recently the President and CEO of Ionix Medical. Previous experience includes positions in senior management and R&D at Ionix Medical (OncoStim), Envoy Medical (St. Croix Medical), DJO (Empi) and Angeion (AngeMed). Mr. Kroll holds over 50 patents, an M.S. in electrical engineering and an MBA.

    Mr. Murray is currently the President and CEO of Medical Device Innovation Consortium. Bill held leadership positions as CEO of Envoy Medical and as Interim President and CEO of MTS Systems (MTSC). Molecular Biology Division President of Applied Biosystems, Medtronic where he spent nearly 20 years in various positions, including President of the Pacemaker Business. Bill currently serves on the Boards of MDIC, ILT, Sonex Health and Meso-Flow.

    Dr. Hubel is a recognized global leader and innovator in cell and tissue preservation. Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of MN, Hubel has almost 20 years of experience spanning basic studies of preservation. Hubel is currently deputy editor for Biopreservation and Biobanking. Dr. Hubel holds an M.S and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from M.I.T. and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.
