In 2001, Luc turned Vyvx Media's money-losing Eastern Europe division into a profit-maker. In 2004, he helped SDI Media increase revenue by over $100 million, leading to a 2007 acquisition at a significant profit to investors.

    Rick launched his career in equity capital markets as VP for Morgan Stanley where he executed more then $3 billion in new equity issues for healthcare companies in 2004. In April 2012, Rick retired from Goldman and assumed the role of Chairman at Mercy.
