Luc brings over 20 years of experience growing early stage companies into market leaders. Luc joined CME in 1993, helping pioneer commercial television throughout Eastern Europe, which led to a $700m raise in its 1996 IPO. In 2001, Luc turned Vyvx Media's money-losing Eastern Europe division into a profit-maker. In 2004, he helped SDI Media increase revenue by over $100 million, leading to a 2007 acquisition at a significant profit to investors.

Rick launched his career in equity capital markets as VP for Morgan Stanley where he executed more then $3 billion in new equity issues for healthcare companies in 2004. Since 2005, he has served as Managing Director and Co-Head of Global Healthcare Investment Banking as well as Co-Head of the Healthcare, Consumer and Retail Financing Group at Goldman Sachs. In April 2012, Rick retired from Goldman and assumed the role of Chairman at Mercy.

Ryan spent almost 10 years at Red Bull, where he recently managed all aspects of on-premise sales & marketing throughout the East Coast. He has held various management roles and has been instrumental in building the brand in New York, where he introduced the beverage to many high-end nightclubs, including Marquee, Avenue, 1Oak, Butter and LAVO. During the last two years, he restructured Red Bull’s sales team and distribution network.
Founder, Chief Strategy Officer
Dave founded Mercy after several years managing multi-million dollar software projects. Combining a personal passion for neuroscience with experience organizing events in New York nightlife, Dave understood Mercy‘s potential viability in the consumer market. Dave raised a $1.5m angel round of financing and assembled an A list team of veterans with marketing, sales, nightlife and beverage expertise to launch Mercy.

As the Director of Marketing for Red Bull’s beverage unit, Marc oversaw the successful launch of Red Bull in the Northeast Region. Marc is credited with turning the entire Eastern region from a $45 to $225 million operation. As the chief executive of the New York Red Bulls soccer club, Marc restructured the entire organization leading to a +65% increase in total revenue. Marc is currently the CMO at IMAX.

He is active in clinical research and in great demand as a lecturer. Lamm is well respected author and regularly comments on a wide variety of health and medical topics on television and radio shows, including “Oprah,” “The View” and “Lifetime Today.”
Flavor Chemist / Mixologist
Alex has 18 years of experience as a mixologist and has created more than 270 cocktail menus for celebrities, award shows (including the Academy Awards, Emmys and Video Music Awards), world-class restaurants, bars and clubs around the globe. He is well known among celebrities, tastemakers and the media. Alex is also a perfumer and flavor chemist and has created a line of non-alcoholic drinks made for Zero Gravity for use by NASA.

Brian joined Activision in 2006 and serves as its chief customer officer. Prior to joining Activision, Brian held various leadership positions within Cadbury Schweppes, most recently serving as executive vice president of global sales, where he managed more than 16,000 sales professionals in 190 countries and delivered $12.3 billion in annual revenue. During his tenure he successfully restructured the company’s global sales operations.
