Rebecca is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, world renowned in aviation, where she received her B.A in Mechanical Engineering. She is private pilot with aviation background. She completed 3 years in the oil and gas industry as a project manager, working on building teams, sales and engineering. Rebecca is a born leader and her curiosity coupled with her ambition is what drives her.

Kaja has over 6 years of experience in operations, corporate structure and strategic planning. She started Painite Consulting, LLC nearly 2 years ago, a firm focused on helping clients improve their operations and processes as well as strategic planning for future growth.
