Robert co-founded Kaufman Bros., L.P. in 1994. He served as the firm’s President until the firm was sold to an investor group in 2009. He also served as the Director of Research for 10 years and ran the Investment Banking Department for over 4 years. Prior to Kaufman Bros., Robert was a vice president and co-founder of the Special Markets Group at Imperial Bank in Silicon Valley and an assistant vice president in Silicon Valley Bank's Technology

Craig co-founded Kaufman Bros., L.P. in 1994. He served as the firm’s Chairman and CEO until the firm was sold to an investor group in 2009 . He worked with most of the firms institutional buy side and corporate finance clients. He also served as Head of Investment Banking for several years, Head of Sales and Trading for 6 years and Head of Capital Markets for 3 years. At its height Kaufman Bros employed over 100 professionals in NY & SF & Bos.
