Chris has 14 years of experience designing, developing and analyzing unconventional electromechanical systems, with the majority of that time focused on irreparable systems in ultra-hazardous environments. Chris received his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and his Doctorate of Philosophy from the University of Glasgow in Glasgow, Scotland.

Kathy has 29 years of experience designing, operating and maintaining a diverse group of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Over the years, her nearly 2,000 projects have included the design of, and / or operation of light bulb manufacture for Sylvania GTE, automobile design for the Cadillac Allante, and University of Iowa Pharmaceutical Laboratory design, repair and maintenance for a 500,000 square foot Cold Storage facility.

Eric has been heavily involved on multiple LEED projects from data development to comment response. While most recently earning his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and his E.I. designation immediately following graduation in the spring of 2011, Eric also has a Bachelors of Arts in Marketing that he earned at Central College.
