    Ed has been a Partner of Jacobson Partners, a NY-based private equity firm and has advised management and/or served on the Board of numerous companies. Ed founded LetsMeetOut.com, a group dating website which launched in 2006. Ed co-founded Vercera, a business-to-business marketplace for commercial receivables in 2000. Previously Ed managed the acquisition activities for AmeriGas Propane, the largest propane distributor in the US.
