MedZango is a web-based, personal health record vault which will empower those under the medical supervision of a physician to store and manage their personal medical information. Once the patient is registered for free, the user will then begin to build their own personal custom site through accessing any number of practice specific add-on modules (at minimum cost) from our online store of practice specific medical applications.
