We provide a disruptive business model to the business of cardiac remote monitoring to physicians across USA. We began operations in January of 2012. We reached modest profitability in February 2013 and have been profitable every month since then. We are seeking investment to develop our own Intellectual Property and ownership of our own devices and back-end software. We also are partnered with IBM for data mining opportunities that need funding.
