MedStem believes that the use of adult autologous stem cells (umbilical cord blood or peripheral blood derived) is the future of regenerative medicine. As research advances, additional treatments and applications will be accepted and developed for the use of adult autologous stem cells. Stem cells may be stored indefinitely or used by physicians soon after collection. Our facility and processes are state of the art. No embryonic stem cells ever.

    Dr. Miller's work as a leader in transfusion medicine is well known.. Lexington, Saint Louis, Dallas, and Milwaukee all owe their successful blood systems in part to him.

    His first career was as a physician/scientist, and his second as an executive/physician.

    After a brief retirement, he began a consulting practice during which he served for two years as Medical Director of the St. Louis Cord Blood Bank.
