MedNexus is a medical search engine for patients - think "Google for Medicine". Through our search engine, you can find the most relevant content from a variety of quality sources: medical journals, government health sites, patient forums, etc. We want to empower patients to educate themselves and cut through the noise and pseudo-science of typical online health information.

Team

  • Nathanael Geman
    Co-Founder and CEO

    Nathanael is an engineer by training. He is passionate about applying novel, data-driven technology to Healthcare.

    Prior to founding MedNexus, Nathanael worked at Arcadia Solutions, a Healthcare IT consulting firm, where he was a tech lead on many projects. He also has extensive biomedical research experience. Nathanael received a Bachelor and a Masters in Biomedical Engineering from Brown University.

  • Kevin Ann
    Co-Founder and CTO

    Before founding MedNexus, Kevin was a researcher in Quantum Information Theory and a tech lead for various IT consulting roles. This required picking up and applying a breadth of quantitative / technological tools to solve novel problems.

    Outside science and tech, Kevin enjoys running and is happy to have finished a 51.6-mile ultramarathon on his first try without ever having done a proper marathon. Kevin holds a PhD in Quantum Physics from BU.
