Medistein is a new startup for portable medical devices. Our long-term vision is to improve the health outcomes of mobile and home-based patients by developing portable, user-friendly and state of the art healthcare products. Medistein's first product - Portable Medication Unit (PMU) - is a handy, intelligent and extensible device that solves the problem of medication non-compliance by patients with chronic diseases.

    Alok Narula (Founder) has > 15 years of experience in the high technology industry (software, semiconductors and telecommunications). Alok is the co-inventor of a state of the art portable medication compliance device (Patent Pending #WO2013127564, EPO Zurich).

  • Felix Beyeler
    Dr.

    Dr. Felix Beyeler (Technical Advisor) is the CEO and head of research of FemtoTools AG, Switzerland. Dr. Beyeler holds three patents and has > 10 years of experience in MEMS design and fabrication. Dr. Beyeler co-invented the portable medication compliance device with Alok.
