He has been a co-founder responsible for product development and operations at two drug delivery start-ups that were sold to Hillenbrand Industries and Baxter Healthcare and CEO of Q3DM, a biotech tools company sold to Beckman-Coulter. He earned his MSME from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, his BSME from Northeastern University and holds eight utility patents.

Steve has worked in senior finance roles at several well known medical device companies, both public and private.

Pat worked and retired from Hewlett Packard where he was responsible for their printer division environmental test facility and operations.

Tony is the Founder and CEO of First Light, LLC, a medical market consulting firm. He has over 25 years of experience as a developer, marketer, general manager and business development executive in the fields of home care medical devices, laboratory testing, point-of-care tests, and disease management services. He served in senior management roles at Syva Company and as Business Development Director for LifeScan, a Johnson & Johnson company.

Megan Wishnack manages Emergency Animal Hospital of San Diego and is a veterinary technician that cares for the animals on a daily basis. After product launch, Megan will transition to sales in the San Diego region where she enjoys strong relationships with all the local veterinary surgical hospitals.
