During this time he has sourced, structured, negotiated, and closed debt, equity, and mezzanine transactions totaling almost $4 billion.Prior to founding Tamal Vista Holdings, Matthew was the Founder and Principal of C & C Capital, a joint venture with Cornish and Carey Commercial of Santa Clara, CA.

Dr. Bucholz is a professor and Vice Chair of Neurosurgery at St. Louis University School of Medicine. He has been an innovator in advancing the practice of neurosurgery throughout his career. These innovations include pioneering work in image guided surgery. The STEALTH system was successfully brought to market under his guidance is now a major part of Medtronic Inc.’s surgical imaging offerings. He was the inventor of the SurgON product.
