Before joining MediaSolv, Mr. Weaver spent 25 years working in the information management and technology industry. Most recently Mr. Weaver was the President, CEO and Chairman of Tier Technologies, a publicly traded information management and financial transaction processing company. Robert is a visionary business leader that directs MediaSolv’s Business Development activities. Robert founded a company called Insight Video Net in 2002 after noticing an increasing demand for digital video in the mobile environment. In 2011, MediaSolv acquired Insight Video Net and he transitioned into his current role. Robert began his career as a Deputy Sheriff with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department in Los Angeles, California.

Over the past 20 years, Miles has amassed extensive IT expertise. After stints at several large security organizations like Loronix (which later became Verint) and American Sound & Video, Miles started his own company, JDI. JDI specialized in computer services for schools and small businesses and lead him to Robert Carreon, who later co-founded Insight Video Net, Inc. with Miles. In 2011 Insight Video Net was acquired by MediaSolv Solutions.

With over 8 years of business experience in software and technology companies, Tom has a diverse expertise in bringing new solutions to market. Tom oversees Sales and Marketing and has been instrumental in helping clients understand how much cost they are incurring with their existing digital evidence processes and ultimately how much they can save with our solutions. This approach allows MediaSolv to better understand our customers needs.
