Chris Kissel is the Co-Founder of MEDi EDDiE, Inc. a digital health management company focused on prescription drug adherence and patient health engagement. Prior to MEDi EDDiE, Mr. Kissel worked in healthcare communications for Omnicom Group. Mr. Kissel earned a BA in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Wisconsin, an MA from Minnesota State University, and an MBA from Villanova University

Accomplished senior-level executive and entrepreneur with 20-years experience leading turnarounds, start-ups, reorganizations and expansions of operations in both small and large organizations. Creative thinker known for reorganizing inefficient operations and consistently delivering improved revenues and operating margins. Mr. DIBetta earned an MBA from Villanova University.

David St.Clair advises entrepreneurs and is an angel investor. He founded MEDecision in 1988 and served as the chairman of the board and chief executive officer until early 2011. From 1985 until 1988, Mr. St.Clair served as the vice president of GMIS, Inc., which was subsequently acquired by McKesson Corporation. Mr. St.Clair received a BAS in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Steve Andriole is a business technology veteran who has developed a perspective on the optimization of computing and communications technology based on experience from government, industry, academia and the venture capital business.

He has served as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President for Technology Strategy at CIGNA Corporation and Safeguard Scientifics, Inc.

Dr. Andriole received his PhD from the University of Maryland

Jeffrey Libson is the head of the life sciences practice at Pepper Hamilton LLP. Mr. Libson’s practice is devoted primarily to the areas of securities law, venture financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and the commercialization, licensing and acquisition of intellectual property.
