Dr. Cui co-founded MedConnections Inc in January 2010. He is an expert on database design and medical resource integration. He plays a pivotal role in designing and marketing MedConnections’s products, and has made them market leaders on iOS and Android platforms.

Prior to MedConnections, Dr. Cui was medical information scientist at National Library of Medicine and Lockheed Martin. Dr. Cui holds a PhD in Biology from University of Delaware.

Mr. Woodard has 25 years experience in finance and business development with Kaiser Permanente, Health Net, National Medical Enterprises, and Prudential Health Care. Prior to join MedConnections, Mr. Woodard was CFO of Avivia Health from Kaiser. He holds a MBA in healthcare finance from UC Berkeley.

Mr. Xu has over 10 years experience in designing and developing enterprise software solutions. He is an expert in cloud computing. He also has strong interests in mobile technologies.

Prior to MedConnections, Mr. Xu has held architect and project management positions in Cisco Inc. and NetIQ Corp. He was a developer of NetIQ Operation Manager (acquired by Microsoft for $200M+) and Tidal Intelligent Automation (acquired by Cisco for $100M+).

Dr. Shao has over 10 years experience in the field of medical informatics. He is an expert on data mining.

Before co-founding MedConnections, he was a scientist at National Center for Biotechnology Information. He has developed numerous biomedical web services which are widely used by biomedical scientists worldwide.

Ms. Lai is an experienced healthcare manager with proven background of providing high quality delivery of service to patients, while keeping an eye for the big picture and health care market and industry trends. She possess a strong understanding of clinical pharmacy and the role of technology and wireless applications in improving the accessibility, efficiency and safety of health care delivery. She holds a PharmD from UCSF and a MBA from UCSD.

Mr. Chen is Co-Founder, Vice Chairman and President of VanceInfo (NYSE:VIT, now Pactera, sticker: PACT) .He oversees planning and operations since 2001 and led VanceInfo to IPO. He has diversified experience in software engineering, management consulting, sales, and marketing

Mr. Fong has 30 years of comprehensive senior leadership, knowledge, experience in pharmacy practice, finance, corporate pharmacy compliance, operations, managed care contracting and accounting, government relations, supply chain, and technology enabled solutions. He was former SVP/GM at Safeway Pharmacy and Longs Drug Stores.

Dr. Osterberg is a clinical associate professor of Stanford Medical School . He practices medicine at VA Palo Alto Healthcare System. He is a well known expert in health education & medication adherence in both academia and private sectors. He holds a MD degree from UC Davis.
