Mitchell D. Kaye, Founder and CEO, is responsible for
development and oversight of MCL's vision and strategy,
fundraising, key corporate partnerships and relationships.
Previously, Mr. Kaye launched two highly profitable asset
management companies. He holds a BA from Wesleyan
University and a JD from Northwestern University.

Amy Ford Keohane, President and Chief Marketing Officer,
leads customer acquisition and brand positioning, as well as
many of the day-to-day operations of the Company. She was
most recently Chief Executive Officer of Off Your Desk, and
was previously a Senior Vice President with Time Inc. where
she spent 20+ years. She is a graduate of the JL Kellogg
Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University
and Brown University.

Nancy Kaye, Founder and Chief Privacy Officer, oversees
MCL's privacy practices. In addition, Ms. Kaye provides
oversight on high value claims operations, customer service
and corporate enrollment.

George Weatherstone, VP, Member Services, manages
MCL's member services and sales efforts. He brings 25 years
of experience in building, staffing, and improving sales and
customer service teams with organizations including Rascal
Scooter Company, Bosley Medical, Nutrisystem, Jenny Craig
International and Lifestyle Lift.

Lisa A. Janis, VP, Operations, coordinates the enrollment of
new corporate clients and partnerships for MCL, including
employers, healthcare providers and carriers. Ms. Janis is also
the Vice President of Operations and Strategic Development at
ABS, MCL's strategic partner.

Roger Braunfeld is MCL's General Counsel.

Jacqueline Eckert, Chief Behavioral Health Liaison,
Member Services, oversees the development of specialty
products for families who have behavioral health needs. Ms.
Eckert previously managed back-end operations for Aetna
Behavioral Health customer service.

John B. Loperena, Director of Claims Analysis, oversees
the collection of reimbursements on large balance claims
for MCL. Mr. Loperena has over 30 years of healthcare and
billing experience in medical and hospital settings, including
running a billing company for over a decade.

Raymond Conta, an Operating Partner/Investor, oversees
MCL's special situations group, providing strategic insight on
long-term initiatives for MCL.
