Since 2006, he has been operating NAPE as the CEO and Chief Medical Officer. His leadership and cost conscious operating strategy allowed NAPE to gain extensive knowledge of the CME space and identify a unique opportunity in CME-driven advanced analytics. In 2008, he co-founded Guardsman Scientific.

Post-acquisition, he promoted Actiq™ growing the business from $2,000/month in sales to over $750,000/month. In 1996, Mr. Cobb joined Chiron Corporation.

She has been a biomedical consultant for ten years and has worked on a variety of projects from developing, writing, and reviewing FDA regulatory submission documents to directing clinical research and performing due diligence and market research for the purposes of making sound investment decisions in the biomedical and healthcare arenas.
