MEC, pronounced [mek], will be a start-up retail’s young men’s clothing store. It will be located on Walnut Street in the heart of downtown Des Moines. This store will have a local market and will cater to men with a target age range of 25 to 50. The intent is to make Walnut Street a destination shopping site by providing the downtown residents and downtown workers with a unique clothing store for finding the latest in young men’s street wear.
