Company Summary

The primary goal of our social enterprise startup is to make mentorship accessible to all students and young adults.

To this end, we have developed a customizable online platform for licensable use by high schools and colleges in their own mentorship programs. We are also supporting schools with the development of their mentorship programs through access to training partners and complimentary best practices toolkits.

  • Connor Donovan
    Chief Executive Officer

    A native Arkansan, Connor graduated from Little Rock Central High School in 2013, earned his BBA in International Business and Chinese (Mandarin) from UA Little Rock as the university’s “Top Graduating Senior” in 2017, and then went on to earn his Master of Public Service from the University of Arkansas in 2019. He has worked on various international relations, education, and business development projects in Arkansas, France, and China.

    Chief Marketing Officer

    Marina has 5+ years of digital marketing, brand, and PR strategy experience, with 3 years coming from work with AR-based Inuvo, Inc. and Pop Pop Shoppe. She currently works as a Content Manager for Chicago-based firm Garrett Popcorn Shops. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications and she is currently completing courses toward a Master of Arts in PR and Advertising.
