Our founder!! James primarily oversees the store and employees in Colorado Springs. He also provides support for quality control at the production facility. His behind the scenes role involves business council and brainstorming sessions with Melissa.

Melissa’s official title is CEO. She manages all inventory, financials, logistics and coordinates the flow of business through all locations. Marketing, employee management, and product placement also fall under her purview.

Damian oversees the Production Facility as a whole. His main focus is the tangible building, design and everyday functionality. He places all orders and is responsible for the operation. He is also involved with plant management with Chad.

Chad’s overall responsibility is plant management, quality control and the production cycle. He oversees the other employees and helps define their job descriptions. He coordinates with Damian for a great team that provides strength and variety in ideas and operations.

Cassandra is the brain behind social media, internet search engines/menus/coupons. She provides support in quality control and logistics between the Production Facility and the stores. Most of her time is spent in the Littleton store interacting with our clients and the general public. She also places orders, tests products and brainstorms general business ideas with Melissa.
