MDS Solutions, Inc. is a company created to provide SNF's with a software that would calculate ADL scores used in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, without the nursing staff understanding the complex definitions of Limited and Extensive Assistance. After > a year of Beta Testing, the software continues to offer that, however, it has evolved into an entire EMR for CNA's. It is the only program used in LTC that accurately captures ADL Scores.
