His market experience and contacts include various medical specialties ranging from cardiovascular to neurosurgical. He has experience in fund raising, mergers & acquisitions, and has been a key factor in the sale of 3 different medical device companies and the successful IPO of another.

Mr. Hoxie also has over 25 years of very successful experience in the medical industry having C-level experience in both large and small companies. He has extensive contacts as well throughout a wide range of medical specialties and will serve as the Chief Marketing Officer.

Mr. Deblois is President/CEO of International Data Consultants , an IT Consulting and Services Firm helping corporations, government agencies and non-profit institutions apply and use technology for successful and profitable business growth. With over 20 years of experience in IT and Business Technology Management, Mr Deblois will serve as a Board member and consulting CTO.
