Company Summary

We offer delicious classics with our own personal twist. Nothing pre-made, nothing frozen. Just fresh, filling food made the old-fashioned way. We are family-owned and operated. The market for BBQ in DFW is great, but many places aren't offering the variety, flavor, and pricing flexibility that we have. Our customers are other small businesses, local organizations, sports fans, and socialites.

    At an early age, Jeremy showed a passion for cooking. At 17, he went to stay with his mother and step-father in Hampton Roads, VA. His step-father, a 5-star chef, saw Jeremy's eagerness and raw talent for cooking and personally instructed him. From there, Jeremy knew that cooking would be his life. In July 2012, he had his first tasting of 40 people and it was a huge success. Now he is proudly following his dream.
