Ross Johnson started programming for his parent's business at the age of 9, and in high school he developed commercial web applications for various local businesses. He graduated from the U of I in 2011 with a degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering (honors) in 2011. During college he worked at Bio::Neos, Rockwell, and U of I, while continuing to do freelance web work. After college, Ross turned down full-time offers to further develop Mazira.

Anith received a BE in Mechanical Engineering from India in 2001, after which he worked for an internet startup and a multinational bank (HSBC). After moving to Iowa to get his MS, he helped set up Santos Human Inc., an engineering startup. He works as a Research Associate at the U of I Virtual Soldier Research lab. While taking MBA classes, Anith got involved with Mazira's business development and was instrumental in sourcing the first client.

Amanda has a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Iowa and four years of professional design experience at Intermec (Cedar Rapids) and Pearson (Iowa City). She also runs her own design studio, ARJ Graphics, and has worked with Ross on a number of freelance web projects. Amanda is now attending the U of I in to pursue an MFA in Graphic Design, while continuing to design Mazira's brand identity.

Aidan Murphy is a Saint Louis native and a senior in the University of Iowa's Computer/Electrical Engineering program. Aidan joined the Mazira team in 2010 to develop the mobile front-end for the Mobile Platform. Growing up with a successful entrepreneur as a father, Aidan is a natural risk taker. After graduating in December, Aidan plans to work full-time for Mazira.
