MatchPad launched Sept 2014, since then we have had 6000+ roommates use our service. Our core revenue model is based on brokers paying monthly subscriptions to list properties. We currently have 100+ Brokers signed up to use our service. MatchPad is a free service for roommates to which gives us a competitive advantage. We also plan to build in additional tools to create revenue from our users such as online rent processing and verification's.
