Gerard is the team lead. He is a recent graduate of the UCC where he founded MasterMind. He is a very enterprising young man and very passionate about technology. He was a Google Student Ambassador for UCC. He brings to the team great leadership skills. He is the visionary for MasterMind. He does business development and has extensive network with other start up, investors and mentors in Africa. He also code in HTML, CSS and Javascript.

Addo Kufuor Mensah is the Chief Design Officer at MasterMind. He is a very experienced graphic designer having done several design works for various startups and companies in Ghana. He is responsible for every image that used on any mastermind product. He designs the user interface of the product before it is built. He is a creative director and brings to the team 100% commitment and dedication.

Philip is the Tech lead / CTO. He ensures that all our products are built with the latest technologies. He is an experienced developer with knowledge in PHP, Python, Perl, VB.NET, Java, Javascript, CSS and HTML5. He is an agile software developer and believes in the startup methodology. He blogs at philipcodings.com, a programming blog. He has a lot of apps and websites to his credit.
