Mr. Johnson works closely with Mr. Bearden in executing Mason's strategy for sales and business development. Prior to founding Mason's with Mr. Bearden, Mr. Johnson worked as a business consultant for Crane Construction in Austin, Texas, where he assisted Crane in preparing for its rapid growth. Mr. Johnson also performed business consultancy services for Wrillman Construction, a mid-size firm, and acted a General Contractor for 7 years prior.
