Guido Brand (Media Specialist, Masters of Arts), after having completed a commercial media apprenticeship, studied theoretical communications at the Free University of Berlin. Following his entrepreneurial ideas, he founded a production company for web-based ad films during his studies. The venture won multiple entrepreneurial prizes. As managing director of mashero he is responsible for overall strategy and finance.

André Gräf has extensive experience in realization of complex software systems. He graduated from the Technical University of Applied Sciencs Berlin. Already working as a freelance software developer during his studies, he implemented his ideas into various web and mobile applications for reputable companies. Numerous entrepreneurial and developer prizes followed. At mashero he is responsible for product development and technical innovations.

Daniel Pieper is an experienced media business manager. He worked as a account manager at media/direct marketing agencies in the consumer and B2B field before he changed to the music industry. There he was responsible for PR and ad campaigns for international artists and acquired new business. Successes include effective brand launches and gold and platinum records. At mashero he is responsible for customer service and marketing strategy.
