Company Summary

Masdar will provide every traditional amenity and our premium amenities under one roof at a competitive price, eliminating the need for multiple gym memberships. We will offer members a variety of health and fitness activities and programs that will help them achieve their goals and educate them about sustainability. Our facilities will harness and conserve energy, reduce waste, and save water, minimizing overhead costs and maximizing revenue.

  • Founder - CEO

    Jay has been an entrepreneur in the health and fitness industry for 13 years. He holds two certifications as a personal fitness instructor from ACE and ISSA, a certification in Nutrition, and three licenses as a massage therapist. He also has over 25 years of construction experience and is a passionate environmentalist stemming from his Navy service where he spent a good part of his enlistment cleaning up hazardous waste sites on military bases.

  • Co-Founder - CFO

    Nori has over twenty plus years in finance, accounting, and operational management, he has a high impact with market share and internal improvements in organizations. He holds a BA in Environmental Economics from the UC Berkeley, and an Executive MBA from the University of San Francisco. He currently is the Chief Operating Officer at UC Berkeley’s Skydeck, an incubator-accelerator for technology and research start-up businesses on campus.

    COO

    Tim has had the opportunity to be part of the creation and redevelopment of iconic brands in the luxury lifestyle arena for more than two decades, ranging from trendsetting hotels to cutting edge fitness facilities in major US and foreign markets. His unique experience has shown that the best brands distinguish themselves at every touch point - for the consumer, to the employee and to the shareholder, which drives both growth and profitability.
